Shipping Policy
1.1 Delivery Areas
We ship nationwide within South Africa through trusted courier partners, including major metros and certain outlying areas. Please check with us first for outlying and high risk to couriers areas.
1.2 Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed after 12:00 or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
1.3 Delivery Timeframes
- Main Centres: 1–3 business days
- Regional Areas: 2–5 business days
- Outlying / Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
(Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.)
1.4 Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
1.5 Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email or whats-app once your order is dispatched.
1.6 Failed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for redelivery fees.
Return & Exchange Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition (for change-of-mind returns).
Note: Some products may not qualify for returns due to hygiene or safety reasons (earbuds, personal care items, opened liquids).
2.2 Reporting an Issue
To log a return, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos

2.3 Inspection & Approval
Our team reviews return requests within 1–2 business days. Approved returns will be collected by our courier.
2.4 Refund Options
Depending on the outcome, customers may receive:
- A replacement product
- Store credit voucher
- Refund to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after inspection.
2.5 Change-of-Mind Returns
Return courier fees may apply. Refunds are issued once the product has been received and inspected.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges allowed if:
- The correct item is in stock
- The returned item meets condition requirements
If out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
5. Warranty Claims
Some products include warranty. Claims may require proof of purchase, diagnostic check, and compliance with warranty terms. Consumables and accidental damage are not covered.
6. Non-Returnable Products
Cannot be returned once opened:
- Earphones, earbuds, headsets
- Personal care items
- Batteries, cables, consumables
- Liquids opened
